About Younes Tailor
A new neighbourhood tailor in Blat, Jbeil — focused on doing alterations and repairs properly, for men and women, with honest advice and a fair price before any work begins.

A neighbourhood tailor, done properly
Younes Tailor opened in 2025 in Blat, in the Jbeil (Byblos) District. The idea was simple: a nearby place you can trust to take a hem up, replace a zipper, take in a dress or get a suit sitting right — without a fuss, and without paying for more than you need.
We’re not a big brand, and we don’t cut clothes from scratch. What we do, we do carefully: measured on the body, finished by hand, and pressed properly before it leaves the shop. If something isn’t worth altering, we’ll tell you — we’d rather keep your trust than make one sale.

Garment restoration
Careful repair and restoration of older and inherited pieces, with an honest assessment first.
How we like to work

Making clothes fit and last
A surprising number of clothes are one small fix away from years more wear — a new zipper, a re-lined coat, a dress taken in to sit properly again. That’s the work we love, and the work we’re best at.
For more delicate or precious pieces — a wedding gown, an inherited coat — we take extra time and tell you honestly what to expect before we start. Most alterations are ready in 2–3 days, simple jobs often sooner, and we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent ones; we always confirm a timeline up front.
A garment only leaves this bench when it’s right — not when it’s fast.
